GENERAL RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.
RETURNS & REFUNDS - CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS
Steps to Obtain a Refund:
To request a refund, please email us at returns@onlineappliancepartshub.com to begin the return process.
Return Address:
Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address and a shipping label (if applicable). Please do not send your return without prior approval. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Eligible Circumstances for Return Shipping Labels:
We will provide a return shipping label and instructions upon approval for the following eligible circumstances:
- Faulty items
- Items that break
- Damaged on arrival
- Incorrectly shipped or wrong products
Return shipping labels will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Exchanges
- If the customer orders the wrong part on their behalf
Return Requirements:
All returns must include a Return Authorization (RA) Code, the original invoice, and meet the following criteria:
- No visible damage from installation or use.
- Returned in the original manufacturer packaging.
- No additional markings on the part or packaging.
Please note: Any item that has been opened, unsealed, or altered from its original packaging is not eligible for return. This includes,Â
- Boxes that are factory sealed with tape or stickers.
- Items packaged in plastic bags that have been opened.
Once these items are opened, they cannot be resold, and therefore, we cannot accept returns for them.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring that all returned products remain in new, resellable condition.
CREDIT AND FEES:
- Returns will be credited for the purchase price and applicable taxes, less any restocking or packaging fees, to the original credit card.
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
- All returns are subject to inspection and approval before any credit is issued.
- Non-approved returns will be shipped back to customers at their expense.
If a returned item is not accepted due to being opened or used, the customer will be notified and given the following options:
- Return to Sender: The item can be shipped back to the customer at their expense. We will provide instructions on how to pay for the return shipping. If the customer does not arrange return shipping within 14 days of notification, the item will be disposed of.
- Disposal: If the customer does not want the item returned or does not pay for the return shipping within the specified time, the item will be disposed of responsibly.

Restocking Fee:
- Approved returns of new and unused parts will incur a 15% restocking fee.
- If a return label is not provided, the RA must be clearly printed on the shipping label.
- Include a copy of your RA and the original invoice within the package.

RETURNS & REFUNDS - ELIGIBLE CIRCUMSTANCES
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. If you received the wrong part or no longer need the item, you may return it to us. Please note: Refunds are not available for items that have been opened or used. Review our full Returns Policy before sending the item back. Once your return is approved and processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Change of Mind:
Returns for a change of mind are accepted within 30 days, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Once your return is approved and processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Note: Return shipping labels are not provided for change-of-mind returns. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Faulty/Items that Break:
We honor the manufacturer's warranty on products we sell. Most products are covered for 30 days from the date of the original invoice.
Replacement and Return Process:
- We will automatically order a replacement part for the defective item, which will be billed upfront.
- No shipping fee will be charged for replacing defective products.
- A Return Authorization (RA) will be issued, and we will provide a free return shipping label for the defective item.
- Once we receive the defective part at our facility, we will issue a credit for it.
- If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Required Information:
Manufacturers require the model and serial number of the product in which the defective part was installed. A detailed description of the defect is also necessary.
Damaged on Arrival:
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it. If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us right away to arrange a return and refund.
Wrong Product:
If you receive the wrong product, we will promptly send you the correct item and arrange for the return of the incorrect one, providing a return shipping label for your convenience. No shipping fee will be charged for replacing wrong-shipped products.
If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Never Arrived:
If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office or carrier.
If your package still cannot be located despite being marked as delivered, please notify us within 3 days of the delivery date. We will initiate a carrier investigation; however, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund if the carrier confirms the package was delivered to the correct address.
If the package is marked as lost, we will automatically contact you to offer a replacement or refund. Refunds will be issued directly to your original payment method within 10 business days.
RETURN & REFUNDS - TIME TO RECEIVE REFUND
Timeframe for Refunds:
Refunds typically take 10 business days from the date we receive the returned item.
The refund process includes:
- Approval of Return: Within 2 business days after the return is received.
- Processing the Refund: Within 3 business days after approval.
- Refund Issuance: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, which may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
Method of Refund:
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
